Where are my pallow/pulao/brown rice lovers at?! We’re big ones around here and I’m here to show you how to make it in advance, freeze it, and take it out the day you need it. No need for a smelly house on the day guests arrive, have pallow on demand, and perfect for all the working ladies/gentleman out there. You spend an hour of your free time making this in advance and when you’re ready for the rice just pull out the yakhni to defrost and boil your rice as you would- combine to bake and you’re all done! I did 2 portions of wings, 1 portion of chicken leg quarters. and 1 portion of lamb shanks.

***all pots are from Home Goods. I got lucky and was able to pick up many sizes from the same set in one run!*** these are perfect for this type of cooking

I’ll try to keep the write up minimal on this post as I’ll be sharing more video content to give you a full visual of the steps :)

LET’S GO PREP SOME PALLOW!

but first, lets chat

how much of each protein I purchased and what I paid for it.
